Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing & Growth: Lead SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, and performance campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and ROI.
- E-commerce Strategy: Grow online sales, optimize CRO, and integrate marketing with e-commerce platforms.
- Web Development & Operations: Oversee web technologies, CMS, hosting, troubleshooting, and ensure smooth collaboration across tech/design/QA teams.
- Leadership & Clients: Mentor cross-functional teams and act as senior point of contact for client strategy and relationship management.
- Project Delivery & Innovation: Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery while bringing fresh ideas in digital transformation and growth marketing.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Web Development, and Web Operations.
- Proven track record as a Digital Marketing Head, E-commerce Manager, Project Manager, or Business Head.
- Strong technical knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and e-commerce tools.
- Exposure to web development technologies (WordPress, WooCommerce, HTML/CSS, hosting, troubleshooting).
- Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage large cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business growth.
