● Develop and oversee holistic marketing strategies to promote residential projects (apartments & villas).
● Lead both online and offline marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
● Delegate digital marketing tasks (SEO, Social Media, etc.) to in-house or outsourced teams and ensure timely execution through regular reviews.
● Plan and supervise traditional marketing efforts, including print ads, brochures, hoardings, and event collaterals.
● Represent the company at property expos, networking events, and meet with corporate/organisational partners for lead generation tie-ups.
● Coordinate with creative teams, media agencies, and vendors for campaign execution.
● Conduct regular performance review meetings with the marketing team to ensure deadlines and KPIs are met.
● Provide insights and reports to the management on marketing performance and improvements.
● Monitor marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
● Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
● 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or infrastructure.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
● Familiar with marketing tools and channels (delegation-focused, not execution).
● Ability to manage multiple vendors and review creative and campaign quality.
